Abstract:

This article investigates the paradox surrounding the fact, that while the equations involved in Einstein’s special theory of relativity lead to logical absurdities, they are nevertheless supported by many experiments.

If it works, we might be cooked in all that free energy.
Time dilation? That is a puzzle for you to solve. I will not help.

I would say that there is no time dilation in the sense of astronomical time. The Earth will complete an orbit of the Sun, relative to the background stars, in one year, no matter what the observer's perspective is.
The time variables in the Lorentz transformations should be treated as referring to the inverse of the angular frequency of either the caesium atoms in atomic clocks, or of the tiny electron-positron dipoles that make up the electromagnetic wave-carrying medium.
