This work presents, in item 2, SYNTHESIS, a new wave mechanics of relativistic origin (here-inafter referred to as Symmetrical Quantum Relativistic Mechanics).In section 3, ANALYSIS,we apply this new mechanics to the photon and, by several paths, we calculate its massof ”rest”,my= 7,37x10(−51)kg((30), (47) 94) (96) (102)). In this item, we alsodemonstrate that the ”old” quantum theory has a relativistic origin.On the other hand,in several points of this work, we compare the theoretical data produced from the model presentedto those already existing and accepted for the photon obtained by other paths, some theoretical,others experimental.From the comparison, it is verified that there is a strong adhesionbetween them (see data contained in Table 1: Electromagnetic Spectrum - extremeright).It should be noted, however, that, given theoperationalnature of this work, we do notgo into detail in the huge theoretical gaps in the proposed new model (except for the contents ofAppendix A and B). We will do it in later works indicating, in this case, the order to facilitate theresearch (002, 003, ...).
