Abstract:
The historical trajectory of theoretical physics has been marked by a schism between high-energy unification, exemplified by Eric Weinstein's Geometric Unity (GU), and the pragmatic pursuit of Metric Engineering via Refractive Vacuum Gravity (RVG). This report executes a rigorous synthesis of these domains, positing RVG not as a competitor, but as the Low-Energy Effective Field Theory (EFT) of GU. By downgrading RVG to an engineering limit and upgrading GU to accept vacuum sourcing via the quantum Trace Anomaly, we construct a unified “GU-RVG” model. The core unification lies in distinguishing two divergent engineering implementations: the Asymmetric Dilaton Pump Generator (ADPG)—whose primary purpose is energy production and whose reference implementation is a stationary, partially hybridized MADA array utilizing Temporal Asymmetry (Active/Pulsed)—and the Scalar-Hydraulic Drive. While capable of purely passive operation via Spatial Asymmetry (Passive/Static), the Drive's full operational envelope (including Vacuum Liquefaction, Burst Mode, and Cruise Entrainment) requires the active subsystems of its own partially hybridized MADA arrays. This document is the definitive specification, detailing the material science constraints distinguishing Hiperco-50 from Minnealloy (α'-Fe₈(NC)), the topological necessity of the MADA (Magnetic Amplification and Direction Assembly) core, and the cosmological boundary conditions provided by the Running Vacuum Model (RVM).
