Abstract:
This paper follows up on my previous essay “The Constancy of ‘c’ means that time cannot be Observer dependant,” of March 18th 2024, which determined that ‘inertial frames of reference’** ( which are, of course, a purely mathematical construct), are an unnecessary factor in establishing synchronous time for various observers.
However, a commonly witnessed ‘time-interval’ can link the ‘proper’ time of everything within its ‘field of influence’.
** A Frame of Reference is a standard relative to which motion and rest may be measured.
