Abstract:

Based on an analysis of Galileo Galilei’s experiment with falling bodies of different masses, it is shown that the effect can be explained by the presence of an ethereal medium in which all bodies are immersed. The ethereal medium has a fine structure. It penetrates into the interatomic space and acts directly on the nuclei of atoms, as well as neutrons, protons, and electrons. The reason for the mutual attraction of bodies, - gravitation is the creation of a gradient of elastic pressure of the ether by a physical body in the vicinity of another physical body, which also creates a gradient of elastic pressure of the ether in the vicinity of the first.
