El propósito de este capítulo es establecer las claras relaciones matemáticas que existen entre la mecánica cinemática y la mecánica electromagnética, de acuerdo con el proyecto de Wilhelm Wien formulado en 1901. Esta armonización fue posible gracias a la integración en la mecánica cinemática del aumento de la masa del electrón en función de su velocidad, medido por Walter Kaufmann mediante sus experimentos con la cámara de burbujas, y confirmado por H. A. Lorentz y todos los físicos de vanguardia que analizaron sus datos; y el establecimiento de las estructuras electromagnéticas y de las interacciones mutuas del conjunto restringido de las partículas elementales estables en el marco de la geometría vectorial tresespacial, que surge naturalmente de la relación triplemente ortogonal que Maxwell descubrió entre el campo magnético, el campo eléctrico y la dirección del movimiento de la luz en el vacío. Descripción de los complejos vectoriales tresespaciales locales del conjunto restringido de las partículas elementales estables, de sus combinaciones estables hasta el nivel atómico y, finalmente, de los cuatro niveles de resonancia estacionarios estables del campo vectorial tresespacial. Análisis de la confirmación experimental de la naturaleza magnética del espín del electrón; y establecimiento de su relación con el concepto de monopolo magnético, del enlace molecular covalente, del llenado de las orbitales electrónicas por pares de electrones.
