Abstract:

In any fragment of the Universe the amount of matter and that of energy remain constant. The matter consists of baryonic matter that includes all the known particles and structures composed with these particles, and dark matter in form of a gas composed with miniscule particles (elons), which matter would be useful to name gaseous ether. The dark matter fills all the space of the fragment of the Universe including the gaps between the elements of the baryonic matter particles and structures. The gaseous ether particles are in chaotic motion, which energy is the dark energy. Baryonic matter energy forms itself at the expense of the dark energy. The dark energy is characteristic to constantly transfer itself to the baryonic matter energy, while the baryonic matter energy is characteristic to constantly transfer itself to the dark energy. Magnetic energy is that of flows and whirls formed with gaseous ether particles. Matter and energy are totally different concepts, and transfer of one of them to another is non-existent.
