Abstract:
The speed of light in a vacuum is constant and equal to c. But it is less in material mediums such as air and water. To explain this phenomenon, various opinions have been presented. These explanations are presented without regard to the photon structure and its interaction with the medium. In this video, using the CPH theory, the reason for the decrease in the speed of light in the material medium is explained.
