Abstract:
This penultimate article of the series is a kind of parenthesis in which, taking advantage of the results demonstrated in the previous articles, Kant's four antinomies are analyzed. It is shown that in reality they are authentic contradictions, opposite statements formally deduced from a hypothesis and a physical concept that were ignored by Kant and his contemporaries, and that are made explicit here: the Actual Infinite Hypothesis (first, second and fourth antinomies) and the physical information introduced into the universe by living beings (third antinomy). Consequently, and considering the discreteness that follows from the inconsistency of the actual infinite and of information, Kant's antinomies would be indicating the need for a finitist and discrete model to explain the physical world
