Der Zweck dieses Artikels ist es, zusammenfassend zu beschreiben, wie die Entdeckungen von Donald Hebb über die Art und Weise, wie der Neokortex mehrschichtige neuronale Netzwerke verarbeitet und Informationen speichert, die Beziehung zwischen unseren Sinneswahrnehmungen und den Wörtern der artikulierten Sprachen, die wir zu ihrer Beschreibung verwenden, erklären kann. Zusammenfassende Beschreibung, wie die von Paul Chauchard gemachten Entdeckungen über die Beziehung zwischen Intelligenzniveau und Dichte des synaptischen Netzes von Verbindungen, die während der Kindheit in den verbalen Arealen des Neokortex aufgebaut wurden, mit den Entdeckungen von Hebb harmonieren.
