Abstract:

It is discovered a new magneto-electric effect: the magnetic field does not rotate together with Earth but is stationary relative to the inertial frame. That is, Earth rotates relative to its own magnetic field and emf E=BLV is induced in each vertically located conductor and creates negative electric charge at upper end of conductor that can be detected by an amplifier with field-effect transistor (FET).
