In 2019 according to the work of brilliant technology to determine the image of the black hole in the center of the Galaxy Messier 87 (M87) in the constellation of Virgo, by algorithm, telescopes and measurement equipment, was obtained the diameter of this astronomical object that shows concordance with diameter calculated by the theory of general relativity, and claiming to be a proof of this theory. However, the emission of electromagnetic radiation involves the black hole, without the theory of general relativity that it deals with gravitation get connected with the quantum theory which does not explain the gravity. But this article presents a quantum theory of elemental energy of 1 cycle per second explaining gravity, with calculation of the diameter of the black hole M87 finding identical value to the attributed to general relativity. But by the theory of general relativity this diameter is obtained at the boundary in which the eventual curvature of space-time is exactly the circle, which follows Newton's law. Also, in 2019, is celebrated the centenary of the measurement of the deviation of starlight in Sobral, Brazil and the island of Príncipe in Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé and Príncipe, in which Einstein considered the measurement in Brazil as evidence of the theory of general relativity. However, this deviation of light is explained by quantum energy that forms particles and electromagnetic and gravitational field.
