The transverse Doppler effect occurs at the point where the source passes the receiver at the next distance. The effect called "relativistic" occurs only when the source changes its resonant frequency due to movement. It must be emphasized that the effect can only be observed at one point, since all waves have a certain length. The relativists tell tales about the transverse Doppler effect instead of trying to understand it.
