Abstract:
Is solved the problem of the hydrogen. The starting point is a planetary model of the atom and a new law for interaction between the nucleus and the electron of the sheath. With this new law, which contains the fine structure constant except that connects the quantum mechanics with electrodynamics is solved also the question of the stability and the size of the atom. It appears that the mechanics of atoms is classical in the sense, that all motion parameters of the electron represented continuous functions of time. At steady state, the atom the electron moves in a circular orbit without loss of energy, and in the excited state he moves in a precession orbit with loss of energy and the ability to broadcast. Discrete emission spectrum is explained by the need for resonance between the angular velocity with which the electron orbits and angular speed of precession. Propose again to discuss of so-called resonance formula for calculating emission spectrum of hydrogen. It is more common than the formula of the Balmer-Rydberg, contains a larger number of series and repeated more spectral lines in the respective series. Special attention is paid to the question of why Rydberg constant angular speed is exactly twice less than Bohr,s angular speed. It is attached spectral tables to verify that the new theory is consistent with experimental data.
