Why EVERY aspect?!
Something we do know for sure: 1+1=2, the Earth is not flat, Pythagoras is right, fifth postulate of Euclid is right, photoelectric effect does exist, gravity does exist etc.
But, yes, burden of proof of the existence of time dilation and Lorentz contraction is pending.
