This work is incomplete and will be replaced from time to time as it is being adjusted, however, it has been made available in this way because it seems to explain the behavior of gravitational waves (which will be better explained in another publication), or publication is intended to ensure precedence in explaining the experimental data made available by LIGO and Fermi for the fusion of two neutron stars at 130 million light-years. The theoretical model itself seeks to show that it is possible to create a new wave mechanics of exclusively relativistic origin from the modified Special Theory of Relativity. This modifcation will take place vertically and in two directions: the first, by the extension of the concept of relativistic space, and the second by the introduction of the concept of minimum speed. These modifications will allow us to derive quantum mechanics from
this modified model of relativity.
