Abstract:

In this paper, I refocus on the first one of the findings that I described in: Did Einstein cheat? The unexplained advance of Mercury's perihelion can be found without any artifice, by using the motion of the solar system inside the Milky Way, just by applying the Maxwell Analogy (which has firstly been suggested by Oliver Heavyside in 1893) and by using the proper velocities' definitions.
