Abstract:

(OBSERVATION OF BRADLEY (1728) – DYNAMIC LIGHT REFRACTION) The phenomenon of "light refraction" has two components: The first, the familiar static refraction as a result of the nature of substance and the angle of incidence of the beam (a genuine refraction – valid both for the moving systems and the system Кo of the light). The second, the omitted by a report dynamic refraction as a result of the movement of the Earth (valid only for the moving systems).
