Um experimentell nachgewiesene Neutrino-„Oszillationen“ („Flavour-Zustand-Zahl-Änderungen“ für Neutrino-Materie-Welle mit Ruhemasse-Option) erklären zu können, braucht man zwei Annahmen. 1. Neutrinos haben Masse 2. Verschiedene diskrete Masse-Zustände müssen (vermischt) möglich sein. In der ART-TD wird Ruhemasse durch diskrete OSZILLATIONS-Frequenz (m*c^2=h*f) beschrieben. Somit erklärt die ART+TD Annahme 1 und Annahme 2. Beide Annahmen müssen nicht mehr postuliert werden. Neutrino-„Oszillations“-Übergänge (Flavor-Übergänge) sind somit auch Übergänge in eine andere ART-OSZILLATION (Ruhemasse-Beschreibung der ART+TD). Anmerkung: Flavor-Eigenzustände (ve, vµ, vt) sind ungleich Massen-Eigenzustände (mv1, mv2, mv3). Es gibt mehr Masseneigenzustände als Flavor-Eigenzustände
