Abstract:

1963年,1980年和2008年的诺贝尔物理奖,分别与对称性原理,对称破坏和对称性破缺有关。这些事实综合起来,可以得出如下观点:自然界不但存在对称性,而且存在对称的破坏和破缺。然而本文提出的观点是:自然界根本不存在严格的对称性,只有近似的对称性以及局部和暂时的对称性;对于任意一种对称性,都存在该对称性破坏的实例。例如破坏广义协变原理的实例是分形规律,因为分形规律只有在双对数坐标下才呈现线性关系。理论上,自然科学和社会科学中的任意一个方程对应一个对称性及其相应的守恒量,而且守恒量可以人为设定为任意值。文中还讨论对称性之间产生的矛盾性和不相容性.
