Abstract:

This work establishes a Maxwellian framework for the celestial system, identifying the Earth as a stationary Stator within a structured dielectric medium and the Sun and Moon as active rotors. Following the foundational proofs of Paper I, this version provides the mathematical derivations for orbital motion, gravitational "pressure," and time dilation. By replacing the geometric abstractions of General Relativity with the Maxwell Stress Tensor and Variable Dielectric Refraction, we recover observed relativistic results through classical mechanical causality (Asbab).
