Abstract:

This paper presents a comprehensive theoretical framework describing a cyclic total universe governed entirely by gravitational dynamics. The Shell–Sphere Model proposes that gravitational wave inversion drives continuous cosmological renewal, resolving the Hubble tension, giving clarity to entropy and the information paradox, and eliminating the need for dark energy as an internal force. Through compact equations and physical interpretation, it demonstrates that implosion and expansion are two phases of the same gravitational process, connecting black-hole mechanics, cosmic background structure, and the philosophical continuity of time.
