Abstract:

This article is a follow-on discussion of quantum field theory from my previous article [1] and how it relates to the Standard Model of particle physics. Some history is included as well as examples of how quantum field theory is used to predict experiments. Many particles within the Standard Model are also described. Finally, I conclude with discussions of key experiments that appear to support the quantum field theory predictions.
