I present the Morphogenic Quantum Gravity Framework (MQGF), a novel theoretical architecture that unifies quantum field dynamics, gravitational structure, and cosmological evolution through a morphogenic scalar field Φ. This field emerges via spontaneous symmetry breaking and governs coherence transitions across spacetime. The framework incorporates renormalization group flow, path integral quantization, and coupling to matter and gauge fields. We derive observational predictions that resolve the Hubble and S₈ tensions, suppress the ISW effect, and predict gravitational wave echoes from black hole interiors. We outline validation pathways including numerical simulations, stability analysis, and topological solutions, positioning MQGF as a testable and conceptually rich alternative to ΛCDM and semiclassical gravity.
