Abstract:
It is rightly stated that the universe is finely tuned and that if any atomic “constant” was slightly different in value, it would self-destruct. Notice the use of quotation marks here. I believe the universe to be finely tuned, but in a dynamic, opposed to a static, sense. Consequently, some quantities that are standardly called “constants”, such as speed of light, c, Planck’s constant, h, magnetic permeability, 0, quantum vacuum energy density, ???????????? , and even electron mass, me, should actually be considered both temporally, and sometimes spatially dependent parameters. What I believe should be considered constant are atomic energy levels and have shown that my research supports this. I call this phenomenon dynamically tuned atomic physics, or DTAP
