Abstract:
It is shown that the emergence of relativistic ideas about the “slowing
down of time” and the expansion of the Universe was largely facilitated
by the fact that the Doppler effect, based on the hypothesis of the ether
and the independence of the speed of light from the movement of the
source, confirmed the condition of the wave theory about the
impossibility of changing the frequency of light at a constant distance
between the source and the receiver.
The emission Doppler effect with the re-emission of photons by the
medium that we have proposed allows us to perfectly explain all
electrodynamic phenomena by changes in the speed of photons, to prove
the fallacy of statements about “time dilations,” and to explain the
cosmological red shift without the hypothesis of the recession of
galaxies and the Big Bang.
