Abstract:

Provided that at the moment of emission the photons relative to the light source move with the speed C and when meeting with re-emitting atoms of the medium they change the speed to , an analysis of the change in the speeds of movement and frequencies of photons in moving systems is carried out. Orbital experiments with two GPS satellites moving in the same orbit are proposed to check the change in the speeds and frequencies of signals.
