Abstract:

In a brief Note presented to this R. Academy (2), I had the opportunity to hint at a new explanation of the phenomena of the "stars variables", based on the following assumptions: 1°) that the speed of light is composed with that of the source bright; 2°) that all variable stars are double, or more generally "complex stars".
