Abstract:
We discuss the P=NP decidability based on provability and verifiability of relative claims, and show that; this decidability is a relative function of dynamical degrees of freedom with in a predictable system of relative processes of motion, observations and pattern recognition. That is to say, that this relative decidability is temporarily objective and subjective but not final. While a predictable system of relative process of motion, observations and pattern recognition is logically consistent and mathematically complete, the decidable degrees of freedom with in a consistent and complete predictable system of relative process of motion, observations and pattern recognition is mathematically provable and logically verifiable. Such that; the relative function of any logically consistent claim regarding this relative motion, observations and pattern recognition is mathematically provable and any mathematically complete claim regarding this relative motion, observations and pattern recognition is logically verifiable. NB, This is a brief sketch of this solution which is still undergoing detail polishing .
