Abstract:

First described in a popularization work in 1999, a summary overview of this new space geometry was formally presented at CONGRESS-2000, \"Fundamental Problems of Natural Sciences\", St. Petersburg State University, St. Petersburg, Russia on July 5 of 2000. The complete fundamental model based on this expanded space geometry with appropriate mathematical support was then the object of a book made available in 2004. The basic geometry of the model is now presented as a separate paper quoted from this book. Many aspects of the model were then progressively made available over the Internet in separate papers.
