Abstract:
Here, I use the concepts of the McMahon field theory to describe a theoretical warp drive- a means for travelling faster than the speed of light. The mechanism prevents a craft from experiencing the length contraction and time dilation effects from Einsteins special relativity, as the speed of light is approached. As a result, the craft will not be limited by the speed of light, and will be able to surpass it. I also explain what time fields are, how they are formed and how to use a time field to travel either forwards or backwards through time.
