Abstract:

My paper “Variations of the Sun Velocity correlate in various ways with the Solar Cycles” (Sep 25, 2011) concluded with the remark that, following the observed correlations, the current sunspot cycle would stop increasing as of the beginning of 2012. This follow-up paper includes a status update showing that the reported 2012 sunspot data (as of January 2, 2013) looks to be consistent with this assumed correlation.
