Abstract:
It was found that among the 12 identified elementary fermions, the electron is the only one to be both stable and unconfined whose parameters are measured. It shows that with this special status, the parameters of the electron(λe, me te) are only valid for determining Planck\'s constant, h. We also show that the three common
units of Planck form a single ratio with the three current parameters of the electron.
This ratio is compared with Planck\'s proposal rather speculative Eddington, on the law of large numbers.
